is the responsibility of the customer
except in cases where the rug may
be defective. We recommend that
packages be returned using a reliable
carrier such as, UPS or FedEx Ground
or any other carrier that can issue
a tracking number.
Please call or send us an email with the tracking number in order
for Zandi Rugs to ensure your package
is received safely. Once we receive
your return your credit will be
issued immediately. Please be sure
to completely wrap your returns
in the original package or equivalent
and use tape to secure it. Kindly
MAKE SURE to print the Product Number
and your name on the package.
Please
note that we inspect the rug upon
arrival and items that have been
soiled or damaged will incur additional
fees. We will not accept rugs that
have been visibly damaged or soiled.
