We offer our customers several methods of paying for their purchase. These include the use of personal cheques, money orders, cashier's check, or credit cards. If you pay with a personal check, we will hold the product until the cheque is cleared in ZANDI INTERNATIONAL?S bank account. Depending on the origin of the cheque, this may take up to 5 business days from the time the deposit has been made. We pay for the shipping costs of the rugs and kilims purchased within North America. For any other purchases, the customer pays for all shipping costs. All the expenses for customs, duties, and handling are to be paid by the customer. All merchandise is shipped as soon as payment is received and has cleared through ZANDI INTERNATIONAL?S bank account. As a courtesy, we will always notify our clients upon the date on which the merchandise is shipped and the expected arrival date. Also, once the merchandise has been shipped, an e-mail will be sent with the tracking number. ZANDI INTERNATIONAL uses the shipping services of UPS and FedEx. You can rest assure that your package is traceable and fully insured. However, if you would prefer a different shipping company, simply advise us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

We ask your kind cooperation that within 30-days of your purchase if you notice that the rug does not suit your decor or the colour does not compliment your room, please return the rug within 30-days and you will receive a refund, less Administrative * fees. If you are unsure and keep the rug longer than 30 days, the rug will be subject to wear In this case, if you return your rug within 30 days and after 30 days, you will be subject to an additional Administrative fee. The additional Admin fee is reserved only if your returned rug has noticeable wear rendering the rug "used" and only giving Zandi Rugs the sole option of selling the rug as "pre-owned".

If you find that your shipment shows visible signs of damage on receipt, please attempt to open it in the presence of the driver. If the contents of the package are damaged due to the shipping process, make sure to document the damage on the shipping manifest. Damage due to shipping must be reported within 1 day of receipt. Contact us immediately so that we have a record of the problem and be sure to retain all packaging materials. If possible, take a photograph of the damaged package, as this can assist in the claims process.
