All Persian Rugs, Persian Silk Rugs, Persian Area Rugs, Oriental Rugs, Kilims, Persian Kilims, Antique Kilims, Persian Tapestry, Tapestry, Antique Rugs and any Rugs you purchase from Zandi Rugs...

Persian Rugs and all Rugs that are purchased from Zandi Rugs must be returned within 30 days of delivery in order to qualify for. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging or equivalent.

Rug Care Items & Rug Accessories

Rug care items (eg. rug pads and cleaning solutions) and rug accessories must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that lifetime exchange guaranty is subject to a 25% restocking fee for (washing & repairs if is necessary).
