see, the subtleties of the Rug or
Kilim will change from night to
day and you will notice other details
as the Rug or Kilim settles into
its new home or office. However,
if you are not 100% satisfied with
your purchase, please send it back
to our warehouse for a 100% no hassle
exchange, less Administrative fees.
We do not accept merchandise that
has been damaged or soiled. Before
returning your purchase you must
first:

Please
note that we inspect the Persian
Rug, Oriental Rug or Persian Kilim
upon arrival. Items that have been
soiled or damaged may be refused
for an exchange or cause you to
incur additional fees.

you should decide to return the
rug or kilim, please contact our
Customer Service Department at info@zandirugs.com.
We are pleased to announce our Zandi?s
No-Worries Return Service includes
UPS or FedEx pick up. UPS or FedEx
will pick up the rug or kilim at
your place and ensure your item
is shipped safely back to our warehouse.
It?s easy and you can?t beat the
price. Shipping costs on all returns
going back to the Zandi Rug's warehouse
is the responsibility of the customer
except in cases where the rug or
kilim may be defective.
DAMAGE
FROM SHIPMENT
If
you find that your shipment shows
visible signs of damage on receipt,
please attempt to open it in the
presence of the driver. If the content
of the package is damaged due to
the shipping process, make sure
to document the problems on the
shipping manifest. Damage due to
shipping must be reported within
1 day of receipt. Contact us immediately
so that we have a record of the
problem and be sure to retain all
packaging material. If possible,
take a photograph of the damaged
package, as this can assist in the
claims process.
