Over time, the subtleties of any Persian Rugs begin to change as they are used. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please send it back to our Zandi Rugs for a 100% Hassle Free Exchange, less any incurred administrative fees. We do not accept merchandise that has been damaged, stained, or soiled; in this case it is your expense. We offer cleaning & repair services to help fix your rugs.

We carefully inspect each exchange item upon arrival to ensure its integrity.

Damage from Shipment: Zandi Rugs encourages all customers to pay for the optional delivery insurance provided by UPS, FedEx, or other transportation carrier. Any shipment visibly damaged should be opened in the presence of delivery personnel to ensure product integrity. If the product damaged due to shipping, report it immediately to the delivery carrier and Zandi Rugs. We encourage you to document the issue to expedite the processing of any claim. These issues must be documented in writing and sent to Zandi Rugs the same day of delivery.

Returns / Exchanges: As a matter of policy, Zandi Rugs will only provide exchanges of handmade Persian Rugs.  The return shipping, (optional) insurance, handling, customs, duties, and any other fees will be charged on the customer's account. Customers can schedule an exchange for handmade Rugs and kilims by requesting an Authorization Code via email at sales@zandirugs.com and by sending us a copy of your original invoice and receipt by mail. Requests made without receipts may result in delays. Be sure to include your contact information (email, phone, fax) so we can send the Authorization Code, packing instructions, and return address.
