RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
What is ABC Rugs Kilims’ (www.zandirugs.com) Return and Exchange Policy? How does it work?
ABC Rugs Kilims’ returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on (www.zandirugs.com) for any reason within the specified return/exchange period (check product details page for the same). We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition. There are two ways to return the product to us:
- Pick up: In most locations, we offer a free pick up service. You will see a pickup option when you submit a return request.
- Self-Ship: If we don’t offer a pick up at your location. In such cases, we will credit the shipping costs in the form of store credits provided the product meets the return policy and you have shared scan copy of the courier receipt with us.
The following RULES apply to this Policy:
- If you choose to exchange the item purchased by you on (www.zandirugs.com) within the specified exchange period for the same size or different size of same style, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost.
- If you choose to exchange item purchased by you on (www.zandirugs.com) for any other item of the same or different value from (www.zandirugs.com). In such case, if exchanged item is of the higher value, differences in amount will be charged to you and if exchanged item is of the lower value, differences in amount will be refunded to you post successful pick up of original item from you.
- Net amount paid by you (excluding instant cashback/discount) to purchase original item will be considered to calculate difference in amount of original and exchanged item which will be payable by you or refundable by (www.zandirugs.com) as the case may be, for an exchange.
- Applicable refund for exchange will be trigger post successful pick of original item from you.
- Exchanges are only allowed for pin codes which are serviceable for an exchange.
- Item cannot be exchanged for multiple products and you are allowed to select single item for exchange. While customer can exchange multiple items at a time by initiating separate exchange request for each of the item.
- Non- returnable products/categories cannot be exchanged.
- ABC Rugs Kilims’ shall reserve the right to restrict exchange of the items purchased on (www.zandirugs.com) if customer in any way breaches or misuse this policy, as determined in ABC Rugs Kilims’ sole discretion. In case you have purchased an item, which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.
- ABC Rugs Kilims’ will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, ABC Rugs Kilims’ would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the User
- If your self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
- If your self-ship your returns, your shipping costs would be reimbursed subject to your return having met our Returns and Exchange Policy and the image of the courier receipt is shared by you and validated by us. For self-ship returns the refund for returned products will only be initiated if they pass through a quality check conducted at the warehouse. If the quality check fails, the product will be reshipped back to you.
Free shipping applies to all items (except Furniture), and will ship from our offices in the USA, Canada or directly from the point of origin. Products typically ship between 5 – 7 business days from the time payment is processed (depending on availability). Custom orders may take longer to ship; free shipping applies to USA only, via FedEx Ground, UPS ground, USPS, or other transportation companies.
All merchandise is shipped once payment is received and cleared through Zandirugs.com (ABC Rugs Kilims Inc) bank account, PayPal. As a courtesy, we will always notify our clients upon the date on which the merchandise is shipped and the expected arrival date. Once merchandise has been shipped, we will notify customers via email, including a package tracking number. We utilize UPS, FedEx, and other reputable transportation providers to ensure each package is tracked and fully insured.
How long will delivery take?
Zandirugs.com will make every reasonable effort to schedule deliveries promptly; however, delivery dates are only estimating, and subject to delivery schedules from UPS, FedEx Ground, USPS, etc, and are therefore are not liable for any delays.
Delivery to a carrier will constitute delivery to customer and any risk of loss will then pass to the customer. However, title shall remain with Zandirugs.com until full payment has been received for the product. Invoiced product held at customer request will be done so at customer is risk and cost. Special order deliveries depend upon the product complexity and availability. Custom products will be handled separately. Any delays in product delivery do not entitle customer to a refund or cancellation.
Damage from Shipment
We encourage all customers to pay for the optional delivery insurance provided by UPS, FedEx Ground, USPS, or other transportation carrier. Any shipment visibly damaged should be opened in the presence of delivery personnel to ensure product integrity. If the product is damaged due to shipping, report it immediately to the delivery carrier and us. We encourage you to document the issue to expedite the processing of any claim. These issues must be documented in writing and sent to Zandirugs.com on the day of delivery.
- If you don’t like/want & you want to return the items you purchased, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receipt of items.
- 30 days of the receipt of your rug
- We will send you an email with the return shipping information.
- Discounted items With Extra Coupon Discount cannot be returned.
- Wrap the rug in its original packaging or any other equivalent packaging.
- Liquidations items once sold cannot be returned.
- We will correspond with you via email, please adhere to the information that we sent to you in the same correspondence.
- Please note that shipping cost back to our warehouse is the responsibility of the clients except in cases where the rug may be defective.
- We do not provide refunds because of rugs damaged or soiled while in the client’s possession.
